Create your own colourful barn quilt in this beginner-friendly painting session with artist Sasha Jimenez French of Birdgirl Arts. Choose from daily sessions between Thursday July 30 - Sunday August 2.
Barn quilts are inspired by the rich tradition of quilt blocks, transformed into vibrant painted designs that can be displayed on a porch, fence, garden shed, or inside your home. In this workshop, you'll choose from a selection of classic quilt block patterns and learn how to draw and paint your design using bold colour and clean geometric shapes.
No previous painting experience is needed. Sasha will guide you through each step, from colour selection to finishing details, so you'll leave with a beautiful piece ready to display.
